About the role

  • Shape the digital transformation of leading organizations across Europe.
  • Work on projects that connect strategy, organization, and technology.
  • Take on the role of (Junior) Project Lead, PMO, or Scrum Master.
  • Support planning, control, and reporting of complex projects and programs.
  • Own workstreams from concept through implementation.
  • Facilitate meetings and promote team collaboration.
  • Use digital tools and selected AI applications to make project work more efficient and data-driven.
  • Support business development activities, such as proposal preparation and development of service offerings.

Requirements

  • Above-average university degree in Business, (Business) Informatics/Computer Science, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in project management, PMO activities, and agile methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) within a consulting environment.
  • Enthusiasm for new technologies and their application in project work (e.g., data analysis, automation, AI-powered tools).
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to structure complex challenges.
  • Team orientation, strong communication skills, and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Business-fluent German and English and willingness to travel within Europe.
