About the role

  • You help shape the future for leading primary insurers and health insurers, with a focus on sales and customer management.
  • Your work ranges from building omnichannel sales organizations and designing compensation models to implementing sales platforms and CRM systems.
  • You take ownership, coach teams, and actively maintain client relationships.
  • Together with your team you further develop our service portfolio and support acquiring new projects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of consulting experience with primary insurers or health insurers.
  • Professional demeanor and strong communication skills, with a pronounced customer and service orientation.
  • Willingness to travel within Switzerland.
  • Business fluent in German and English.
  • A completed degree (University of Applied Sciences or University).
