About the role

  • You develop modern SAP authorization architectures for on-premise and cloud systems and advise our clients on Identity & Access Management, role concepts including SAP Fiori, SoD (Segregation of Duties) checks, and data privacy.
  • You analyze existing authorization concepts, conduct SAP IT audits, identify weaknesses, and develop practical, future-proof security strategies.
  • You support the introduction and further development of authorization concepts – from conceptual design through technical implementation to integration into GRC and compliance structures.
  • You assist our clients in meeting regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, SOX) and contribute your expertise in workshops, training sessions, and project work.
  • You actively contribute ideas to the further development of our SAP Security portfolio and help create innovative solutions for current market requirements.

Requirements

  • You hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, IT Security, or a related field.
  • You have at least 3–5 years of experience in SAP security consulting.
  • You can demonstrate solid project management experience in at least one of the following areas: SAP ERP and S/4HANA authorization management, SAP audit and GRC, or SAP HANA authorizations.
  • You can demonstrate relevant skills or certifications in the SAP Security area (e.g., ADM940/945/950, WDEADA, C_SECAUTH_20, P_SECAUTH_21).
  • You have strong knowledge in the conceptual and technical implementation of role concepts for SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA.
  • You are familiar with relevant SAP security tools such as solutions from Xiting, IBS Schreiber, Pathlock, or similar third-party tools.
  • You are results-oriented, highly self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to maintain an overview even in busy periods without losing your enjoyment of the job.
