About the role
- Overall responsibility for complex consulting projects in the insurance sector
- Managing projects with high technical and organizational complexity
- Managing demanding stakeholders
- Leading transformation, digitalization and IT projects
- Responsibility for budget, schedule, quality and risks
- Holistic planning and control of projects
- Leading interdisciplinary project teams
- Advising specialist staff and senior management
- Reporting to steering committees and executive management
- Risk management throughout the entire project lifecycle
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience leading complex projects
- End-to-end responsibility for project objectives, budget, schedule, quality and risks
- Several successfully delivered projects in the insurance sector
- Very good understanding of core insurance processes
- Experience working with demanding stakeholders
- Ideally experience from a traditional management consultancy or comparable project structures
- Structured and analytical way of working
- Business-fluent German and good English
- Willingness to travel for project work
