About the role

  • Overall responsibility for complex consulting projects in the insurance sector
  • Managing projects with high technical and organizational complexity

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience leading complex projects
  • End-to-end responsibility for project objectives, budget, schedule, quality and risks
  • Several successfully delivered projects in the insurance sector
  • Very good understanding of core insurance processes
  • Experience working with demanding stakeholders
  • Ideally experience from a traditional management consultancy or comparable project structures
  • Structured and analytical way of working
  • Business-fluent German and good English
  • Willingness to travel for project work
