About the role
- You advise our clients on monitoring, managing, and implementing regulatory requirements in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- You analyze the impact of global, European and national regulation on existing and new business models.
- You proactively monitor relevant developments, trends, and publications in the regulatory environment.
- You actively contribute to the implementation of regulatory requirements and support the development of effective, sustainable compliance structures.
- You guide our clients through change management processes and contribute to successful transformation initiatives.
- Opportunity to strategically further develop our compliance service portfolio and to introduce your own areas of focus.
- Take on a visible role in transformation projects and help shape modern compliance frameworks.
Requirements
- Completed degree in law (First or Second State Examination) or an equivalent qualification.
- At least two years of professional and project experience in regulatory or compliance-related areas.
- Enthusiasm for further developing the compliance consulting field and contributing innovative ideas.
- Topics such as corporate compliance, compliance officer functions, AML & sanctions, outsourcing management, data protection, information security, sustainable compliance, IT compliance, or fraud prevention motivate you.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured, solution-oriented working style.
- Excellent German and English language skills and willingness to travel occasionally within a hybrid working model.
