About the role

  • You work with our banking and insurance clients on exciting transformation projects — nationally or internationally, depending on your preference.
  • Your interests in areas such as project management, sales strategies, digital claims management, customer experience management, process automation, core insurance, or financial processes matter here.
  • Topics such as account management and testing can also be part of your responsibilities.
  • Whether you want to develop as a generalist or specialize in a specific area long-term — both are possible with us.
  • Based on market trends such as the platform economy, cloud-based financial platforms, omnichannel, Data Ocean, and agility, you will drive the transformation of the banking and insurance industry together with our team.
  • You work with the latest technologies, help shape solutions, and as an (Associate) Consultant are an influential member of our project teams.
  • You will learn the consulting business from the ground up from experienced consultants.
  • On top of that, you will progressively take on additional responsibilities and build your professional expertise early on.

Requirements

  • You have a successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Financial Mathematics, or Insurance/Banking.
  • Ideally, you already hold a Master’s degree.
  • You are eager to work in consulting at the interface between business departments and IT within the banking and insurance sector.
  • You are enthusiastic about transforming a data-driven, innovation-led industry.
  • Ideally, you have already worked in the financial services environment and gained initial project management experience.
  • Analytical and conceptual skills as well as hands-on abilities for tackling complex issues are among your strengths.
  • You are a true team player, show initiative, and are willing to take on responsibility.
