About the role

  • As a Consultant in the Project Management Excellence practice, you will help shape the digital transformation of leading organizations across Europe.
  • You will work on projects that connect strategy, organization and technology — applying modern methods and AI-supported approaches to make projects more efficient and impactful.
  • Depending on the project context, you will take on roles such as (Junior) Project Manager, PMO or Scrum Master and support the structured delivery of complex initiatives — in traditional, hybrid or agile setups.
  • From day one you will take responsibility, develop solutions with measurable added value and learn to lead projects with a customer- and results-oriented focus.
  • You will contribute to transformation projects with a focus on project management, digitization, organizational development and program governance.
  • You will be responsible for workstreams — from conception through to implementation.
  • You will support project managers and the PMO in planning, control and reporting of complex projects and programs.
  • You will assume appropriate roles in agile initiatives, facilitate meetings, foster team collaboration and ensure adherence to agile principles.
  • You will apply digital tools and selected AI applications to make project work more efficient, transparent and data-driven.
  • You will support business development activities, for example in proposal preparation or topic development.

Requirements

  • You hold an above-average university degree in Business, (Business) Informatics, Public Administration or a related field.
  • You have demonstrable experience in project management, PMO activities and agile methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) from a consultancy environment.
  • You are enthusiastic about new technologies and their application in project contexts (e.g. data analysis, automation, AI-supported tools).
  • You have analytical thinking skills and enjoy structuring complex challenges.
  • You demonstrate team orientation, strong communication skills and a high sense of responsibility.
  • You have business-fluent German and English skills and are willing to travel within Europe.
