About the role
- Analyze and model business processes and develop digital, user-centered solutions (e.g., onboarding flows, CLM tools)
- Responsible for the technical specification and implementation of software solutions in close collaboration with development teams
- Act as a liaison between business and IT: translate complex requirements into efficient, scalable technical solutions
- Coordinate and support API and third-party system integrations as well as migration and automation projects
- Actively contribute to agile projects (Scrum / SAFe), including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication
Requirements
- Degree (university/ETH, university of applied sciences, or higher technical college) in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4+ years of professional experience at the interface between business and IT, ideally in rail/transport, the public sector, or the banking and insurance industries
- Solid knowledge of business process analysis, requirements engineering, BPMN 2.0, and experience with low-code/workflow platforms
- Proven experience with agile methodologies (Scrum / SAFe) and modern technologies (e.g., microservices, cloud, REST APIs, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes)
- You connect business requirements with technical solutions, act as a bridge within interdisciplinary teams, work in a structured and analytical way, make autonomous decisions, and contribute as an engaged team player with positive energy and knowledge sharing
- Business-fluent German and English
