About the role
- You will analyze business and regulatory requirements, assessing their impact on IT systems and identifying necessary adjustments
- You will gather and align both business and technical requirements through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings, ensuring a clear and shared understanding
- You will create detailed documentation, including functional specifications, business concepts, and user stories, to support project execution
- You will translate business needs into IT-specific designs and configurations, while developing process workflows and maps to enhance operational efficiency
- You will integrate AI-driven solutions to optimize processes such as requirement analysis, decision-making, and system configurations
- You will provide guidance during IT implementations, ensuring solutions meet both technical and business objectives
- You will prepare, execute, and document user acceptance tests (UAT) to confirm solutions meet agreed-upon requirements
- You will perform gap analyses to identify and address discrepancies, ensuring that client needs and quality standards are fully met
- You will facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring collaboration and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Graduated with top grades in Business Administration, Business Informatics / Business IT, Computer Science, or an equivalent field
- Proven professional experience (3-5 years) as a Business Analyst, IT Project Manager, or in a comparable position in an Agile environment
- Experienced in methodologies such as BPMN, UML, Agile, and Scrum
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, Word, etc.) as well as agile project management tools (e.g., MS Projects, JIRA/Atlassian, MS Azure DevOps)
- Strong process management, organizational, and time management skills with attention to detail
- Empathy, communication skills and strong team spirit
- Excellent methodological skills in requirement gathering and process mapping
- High willingness to learn and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong IT affinity and a passion for software and AI technologies
- Certification such as IREB, ISTQB or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 5-6 times a year)
