About the role

Analyze and model business processes and develop digital, user-centered solutions
Responsible for the technical specification and implementation of software solutions in close collaboration with development teams
Act as a bridge between business and IT: translate complex requirements into efficient, scalable technical solutions
Coordinate and support API and third-party system integrations as well as migration and automation projects
Actively participate in agile projects (Scrum / SAFe), including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication

Degree (University/ETH, University of Applied Sciences/FH, or equivalent) in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
4+ years of professional experience at the interface between business and IT
Solid knowledge of business process analysis, requirements engineering, and BPMN 2.0
Experience with low-code/workflow platforms. Knowledge of Flowable is a strong plus
Proven experience with agile methodologies (Scrum / SAFe) and modern technologies
Business-fluent German and English
