About the role

  • Planning and executing complex Red Team operations that combine technical attacks and social engineering.
  • Responsible for planning, coordinating and executing Red Team projects in close collaboration with clients.
  • Documenting analyses in detailed reports and advising on the implementation of measures to remediate identified vulnerabilities.
  • Actively driving the Red Team program by developing new attack techniques and optimizing tools.
  • Conducting workshops and training sessions to strengthen clients' security awareness.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, (Business) Informatics, IT Security, Engineering or a comparable qualification.
  • Proven experience in Red Teaming or penetration testing, ideally with certifications such as OSCP, CRTP, CRTO.
  • Strong knowledge of Red Team techniques such as social engineering, exploit development, lateral movement, adversary emulation, phishing and post-exploitation.
  • Experience in strategically advancing a Red Team program.
  • Excellent German and good English skills, and willingness to travel regularly.
