About the role
- Responsible for sales for our cross-industry Business Unit “Strategy, Integration & Protection”.
- Strengthen our position in CIO Advisory with a Cyber Security portfolio.
- Drive business growth by expanding presence within the client portfolio.
- Leverage the client portfolio and network for national and international clients.
- Position our brand and value proposition with new clients.
- Participate in tender and proposal processes.
- Develop innovative sales enablement strategies.
- Create visibility and reach for our topics.
- Represent the business area through workshops, presentations and participation in events.
- Monitor trends in relevant sectors and markets.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in sales or business development within a consulting environment, with a focus on digital transformation.
- Familiarity with CIO Advisory and cross-industry experience in our key topics: Cyber Security, Implementation Management, Customer Experience, AI.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, expanding client relationships and achieving revenue targets (>€10M/year).
- A robust professional network in our target industries with direct access to decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, CISOs).
- Enjoys further expanding the network, including through active presence in industry associations and publications.
- Strong execution skills, energetic and able to maintain oversight even during busy periods.
- Negotiation-level, audience-appropriate communication skills in German and English.
- Willingness to travel throughout Germany.
