About the role

  • Analyze, design, and document customer service processes in SAP S/4HANA Service
  • Take responsibility for requirements gathering and create functional specifications
  • Configure and develop SAP S/4HANA Service (including service/CS order types, partner determination, pricing)
  • Execute tests and support project teams during rollout
  • Collaborate closely with adjacent processes such as Order-to-Cash (SD), Source-to-Pay (MM), and Acquire-to-Decommission (EAM)
  • Support technical topics such as code analysis and basic debugging in ABAP
  • Advise business units on process optimizations and best practices

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Business Informatics (Information Systems)
  • 2–3 years of experience configuring SAP S/4HANA Service Management or, alternatively, SAP Customer Service
  • Solid experience with customer service processes and proven skills in requirements analysis
  • Knowledge of adjacent SAP processes such as Order-to-Cash (SD), Source-to-Pay (MM), and Acquire-to-Decommission (EAM) is a plus
  • Hands-on experience reading ABAP code and performing basic debugging tasks
  • Proficient in process documentation and producing clear, traceable specifications
  • Open-minded and quick to grasp new topics
  • Fluent in German and English and willing to travel
