About the role

  • Assume qualitative and quantitative responsibility for projects, topic areas, and company matters in the context of information security.
  • Co-responsibility for leadership and sales tasks in the context of Cyber Security with a focus on the private sector.
  • Actively support our clients in ensuring appropriate Cyber Security in the areas of governance (e.g., ISMS, ISO 2700x, BSI IT-Grundschutz (IT baseline protection)), information risk, and compliance.
  • Advise our clients on the design and implementation of information security requirements as well as the secure implementation of business and IT strategies.

Requirements

  • Extensive professional experience and project leadership experience in consulting with a focus on Cyber Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
  • A proven affinity for sales and the ability to position our portfolio with clients.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with visions pursued sustainably and with high energy.
  • Well connected, with access to relevant committees, associations, or similar institutions.
  • Initial experience with relevant KPIs and their management (e.g., utilization, contribution margin, pricing/bid calculation, etc.).
  • A confident eye for and enthusiasm about current trends, technologies, methods, and tools.
  • Ideally additional qualifications and solid further training (e.g., CISSP, BSI IT-Grundschutz Practitioner, CISM, CRISC, CISA, SABSA).
  • Extensive experience in the private sector, ideally cross-sector (e.g., finance, automotive, defense, etc.).
