About the role

  • Advise and support clients in digitizing their procurement processes based on SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement.
  • Lead subprojects to migrate existing systems to a new S/4HANA environment.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle: from fit-to-standard analysis through customizing & testing to the rollout of the new system.
  • Actively contribute to the ongoing development of the team's portfolio.
  • Help position consulting services, identify opportunities, and pursue them with support from your coach.
  • Ongoing preparation for the career path to Manager.

Requirements

  • Several years of consulting experience in S/4HANA transformation projects in procurement.
  • Familiarity with the SAP MM module and Sourcing & Procurement.
  • Strong understanding of integrated processes.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into solutions.
  • Proactive initiative to help shape the team's growth.
  • Knowledge of other S/4HANA core modules is a plus.
  • Interest in the full SAP Procurement portfolio (SAP Ariba, SAP Direct Materials Sourcing, SAP BTP, etc.).
  • University degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
  • Willingness to travel for work — but not necessarily every week.
