About the role
- Development and operationalization of future-proof Customer Excellence strategies and functional concepts.
- Evaluation and selection of suitable Customer Excellence software in collaboration with our clients.
- Close collaboration with clients in the insurance and energy sectors.
- Analysis of requirements in marketing, sales, and service.
- Specification of functional and technical requirements for software evaluations and implementations in customer management.
- Design of customer-centric omnichannel strategies and the use of modern technologies to increase efficiency.
Requirements
- Relevant professional experience in a consulting firm or as an in-house consultant at a financial services provider, ideally with a focus on customer management.
- Experience leading and delivering strategic, organizational, functional, or technical projects — preferably in the insurance context.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills and enthusiasm for innovative topics such as Customer Experience, Digital Lead Management, Customer Analytics, hyper-personalization, and Churn Management.
- Technical affinity, particularly for customer management software.
- Enjoy developing new topics and pitching them to prospective clients.
- Successfully completed university degree.
- Willingness to travel.
- Fluent German and English language skills and strong communication abilities.
