About the role
- You advise our clients on organizational, business/functional, or technical insurance projects.
- You develop solutions within partly agile project teams and advise business units or act as the interface between business and IT.
- You manage interdisciplinary project teams and take responsibility as (sub-)project manager or in other responsible roles in agility, requirements engineering / business analysis, process/solution design, or test management.
- You work in a team that supports one of our largest insurance clients — with a focus on project delivery and client relationship management.
- You take responsibility for supporting tender processes, prepare presentations, and help further develop the client relationship.
- You coordinate project staffing for incoming project requests.
- You are the point of contact for deployed consultants and support their professional development as a coach.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience as a senior consultant in a management consultancy, an insurance company, or an insurance-related start-up.
- Project experience in the insurance sector and enthusiasm for shaping change.
- Experience with processes and IT landscapes of insurance companies.
- Methodological skills in traditional or agile project management, test management, requirements engineering / business analysis.
- A structured way of working, holistic/systems thinking, and strong organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of networking as well as building and maintaining contacts.
- Successfully completed university degree.
- Business-fluent German and good English skills.
- Willingness to travel within Germany for client engagements and consulting projects.
