About the role

  • You actively participate in projects and account management for our insurance industry key accounts.
  • You develop and implement our account strategy.
  • You are responsible for carrying out various project activities, including PMO, project management, test management, business analysis, and requirements engineering.
  • You prepare consulting services and topics together with our insurance experts.
  • You support tender/offer processes and the preparation of proposal presentations.
  • You coordinate account staffing, in particular handling orders and resource requests.

Requirements

  • You have a successfully completed university degree and initial practical experience in a project environment or in management consulting.
  • You have a structured working style and a holistic mindset, and you are an excellent organizer.
  • You have knowledge of the insurance industry and enjoy supporting digital transformation.
  • MS Excel, PowerPoint and Teams are required; experience with Jira, Confluence, Clarity or SAP is a plus.
  • You enjoy networking — building relationships will help you succeed in this role.
  • You have business-fluent German and good English skills.
  • You are willing to travel for client engagements and consulting projects within the DACH region.
