About the role

  • Develop comprehensive test strategies for our clients, e.g., in the context of transformation projects and migrations.
  • Design test solutions and take responsibility for test planning and test data management.
  • Create test cases including documentation, perform test reporting and actively participate in testing.
  • Develop work packages and coordinate (sub-)projects through to implementation and business acceptance (sign-off).
  • Act as an "innovator" in the area of test automation and optimize test management tools.
  • Develop colleagues and clients, for example through test management training.

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in test management at program level or in large-scale projects.
  • Experience coordinating multiple testers/test managers at program or project level.
  • Excellent knowledge of common test management tools and project management methodologies.
  • Degree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification, ideally complemented by an ISTQB certification.
  • Preferably experience working in interdisciplinary teams and in conceptual and coordination tasks with a strong communication component.
  • Business-fluent in German and strong proficiency in English.
  • Occasional travel as part of our hybrid working model is expected.
