About the role

  • Assume cross-industry leadership and shaping responsibilities in the context of IT strategy, IT sourcing, or IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • Model IT strategies, IT architectures, and design IT business models
  • Develop IT sourcing strategies and service portfolios, as well as service management processes (e.g., with a focus on cloud)
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the network and sales capabilities
  • Ensure quality assurance for the successful commercialization when supporting the transformation of IT organizations

Requirements

  • Completed university degree, ideally with additional qualifications
  • Relevant professional experience as a consultant or (sub-)project manager and subject-matter expertise in strategic IT management
  • Passion for analyzing IT business processes and for defining and implementing best-practice solutions
  • Proven experience in IT transformation, with a focus on one of the following areas: IT strategy, IT sourcing, or IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • Business-fluent German and English and willingness to travel as a consultant
