About the role

  • Take on leadership and design responsibilities in the areas of IT strategy, IT sourcing, or IT Service Management (ITSM).
  • Assume qualitative and quantitative responsibility for projects, topics, and company initiatives.
  • Model IT strategies and IT architectures, and design IT business models.
  • Develop IT sourcing strategies and service portfolios as well as service management processes.
  • Analyze and evaluate IT trends and new innovations and develop new solutions.
  • Identify new business and sales opportunities and build networks.
  • Ensure quality assurance for successful go-to-market activities while supporting the transformation of IT organizations.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed university degree, ideally with additional qualifications.
  • Relevant professional experience in consulting with a focus on IT strategy, IT sourcing, and/or IT Service Management.
  • Proven leadership responsibilities and experience with business/operational accountability.
  • Strong sales and presales skills, ideally with demonstrable acquisition successes.
  • Enthusiasm for analyzing IT business processes and defining and implementing best-practice solutions.
  • Fluent German and English language skills and the necessary willingness to travel as a consultant.
