About the role

  • Take responsibility for personnel, projects and sales within the Energy team.
  • Manage major digitalization projects for well-known clients.
  • Contribute methodological, technical and energy-specific expertise to ensure project success.
  • Identify opportunities with clients and in the market.
  • Own acquisition and proposal processes.
  • Support team growth by selecting, mentoring and developing employees.

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in management consulting or a comparable project role in the energy industry.
  • Strong expertise in energy-related topics.
  • Methodological competence in business analysis, process management, and both traditional and agile project management.
  • Strong communication skills and sales aptitude.
  • Enjoy networking and maintain regular contacts within the industry.
  • Analytical and conceptual skills.
  • University degree completed.
  • Fluent German and English.
  • Willingness to travel.
