  • Contribute to transformation projects at banks or insurance companies, nationally or internationally.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics or a related field.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Interest in consulting at the interface between business units and IT within the financial services domain.
  • Enthusiasm for transforming a data‑driven and innovation‑driven industry.
  • Experience in the financial services sector and initial project management experience.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, combined with a hands‑on approach.
  • Team player with initiative and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Strong communication skills in German and ideally also in English.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel for national and international project assignments.
