About the role

  • Responsible for account management of assigned key and target accounts within the banking sector.
  • Identifying market trends and needs of existing and potential banking clients.
  • Generating sales opportunities and participating in relevant tender processes.
  • Coordinating and managing complex proposal processes.
  • Providing input for the active development of the consulting portfolio.
  • Developing innovative solutions together with consulting teams.
  • Contributing to long-term strategy development and annual topic and revenue planning for the banking sector.
  • Tracking project objectives as well as revenue and profitability targets.

Requirements

  • Many years of experience in consulting for banks or the financial services sector.
  • Approximately 3–5 years of experience in account management and pre-sales/sales within banking.
  • Experience in preparing proposals for sophisticated services for banks and financial service providers, preferably in business and IT consulting with a focus on SAP projects.
  • A reliable network of contacts, especially with retail and direct banks.
  • Confident and audience-appropriate communication in German and English.
  • Willingness to travel and to network with clients on site is expected.
