About the role

  • Advising companies across various industries on optimizing their finance processes and IT systems.
  • Leading cross-industry (sub-)projects as part of S/4HANA transformations.
  • Managing the entire project lifecycle: from capturing current-state processes through developing a roadmap to rolling out the new S/4HANA system environment.
  • Actively contributing to the continuous development of the team’s strategy and portfolio.
  • Identifying opportunities and pursuing them with support from a coach.

Requirements

  • Consultancy experience (in-house or external) in SAP implementation or redesign projects in finance and accounting.
  • Strong system knowledge in the SAP FI module (SAP CO is a plus).
  • A solid understanding of value flows within finance and accounting.
  • Proactive personality with initiative to help shape team growth.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Ideally, initial experience in S/4HANA transformation projects.
  • Business-fluent German and very good English skills.
