About the role

  • You will help design and build a high-performance migration factory together with our team.
  • You drive innovation in the migration space: leveraging AI-supported approaches and applying evolving templates and frameworks.
  • You lead SAP S/4HANA migration projects or subprojects — including planning, governance, reporting and client alignment.
  • You advise clients on transformation strategies, process harmonization, and target architectures.
  • You are responsible for delivering high-quality results in the SAP migration context and for ensuring migration initiatives are executed efficiently and with clear objectives.
  • You coordinate between business units, technical teams and external partners and manage complex dependencies across the entire transformation program.

Requirements

  • Completed university degree.
  • Proven experience in leading projects or subprojects for SAP migration initiatives (e.g., S/4HANA, Brownfield/Greenfield, Selective Data Transition).
  • Strong knowledge of SAP data structures, business processes, and migration tools.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies (agile and traditional); ideally familiar with SAP Activate.
  • Ability to communicate complex SAP migration processes and transformation paths clearly and to manage them with clients.
  • Very good German and English skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Experience in additional SAP areas such as module consulting, testing, training, or architecture — or the motivation to develop in these areas over time.
