About the role
- Advising insurance companies on modernizing their IT and transforming their core business.
- Defining target applications and IT landscapes with a focus on insurance core systems.
- Analyzing business requirements for insurance core processes and defining solution designs.
- Developing implementation options, including later coordination with the relevant business and IT teams.
- Incorporating management analyses and defining the functional and/or technical integration of the insurance core with peripheral systems.
- Analyzing and visualizing the impact of transformation projects on affected business areas and processes.
- Leveraging AI technologies to optimize processes, improve data-driven decision-making, and support transformation initiatives.
- Project experience within international team structures.
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience in management consulting with a focus on insurance.
- In-depth knowledge of implementing insurance core processes and solutions.
- Experience with migration projects and an interest in modernizing complex insurance solutions.
- Interest in AI applications and their potential to increase efficiency in insurance operations.
- Strong analytical and methodological skills.
- Solid project management knowledge (preferably agile) and experience organizing and facilitating workshops.
