About the role
- You consult and support our clients in the insurance industry on optimizing and further developing policy administration systems.
- You analyze and optimize business processes in policy administration to increase the efficiency and quality of portfolio management.
- You compile and document technical and functional requirements for the enhancement of policy administration systems.
- You design solutions for integrating policy administration systems into the existing IT landscape.
- You lead workshops and training sessions to ensure solutions for policy administration are used optimally.
- You work with state-of-the-art technologies and tools to advance digitalization and automation.
- You take responsibility in projects, lead small teams, and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in management consulting or in the insurance industry, ideally with a focus on policy administration systems and/or IT system integration.
- Deep knowledge of the insurance industry.
- Familiarity with the challenges and processes of digitalization and automation in insurance and the ability to develop concrete solution approaches.
- Strong analytical skills, solid technical understanding, and proficiency with common modeling and analysis tools.
- A successfully completed university degree.
- Willingness to travel and fluency in German and English.
