About the role
- Drive the expansion of the Insurance International team with a focus on digital transformation and the modernization of reinsurance models, processes and platforms.
- Design end-to-end solutions in underwriting, claims management and technical accounting, as well as data strategy, data management, pricing and finance.
- Actively support and advise clients in the digital transformation of their reinsurance operations and system modernizations.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to increase efficiency and enhance analytics across reinsurance processes.
Requirements
- University degree.
- Several years of professional experience in management consulting or within an insurance company, with a focus on insurance, reinsurance or finance.
- Interest in AI technologies to optimize reinsurance processes.
- Business-fluent English.
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region.
