- Lead projects as a subject-matter lead at insurance companies
- Position Wavestone as a reliable partner for customer success

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in management consulting with an industry focus on insurance
- Cross-line expertise and a strong understanding of Insurance Operations
- Ideally proven practical leadership skills within a values-driven project culture
- Solid knowledge of project management and the digitization of business processes
