About the role

  • Start your personal development in consulting with the right mix of individual support, on-the-job learning and training.
  • You will take part in our "Consultant and Insurance Program", where you will learn all consulting skills and the fundamentals of the insurance industry.
  • Based on market trends — platform economy, omnichannel, data ocean and agility — you will drive the transformation of the insurance industry together with our team.
  • You will work with the latest technologies, help shape solutions and act as a key consultant member of our project teams.
  • You will learn the consulting business from the ground up from experienced consultants.
  • On top of that, you will gradually assume additional responsibilities and quickly build your professional expertise.

Requirements

  • You have a successfully completed degree in business administration with a focus on insurance, business informatics, actuarial science (Wirtschaftsmathematik) or a comparable program.
  • You have already gained some initial experience in the insurance industry.
  • You are interested in consulting at the interface between business and IT in the insurance world.
  • You bring enthusiasm for transforming a data-driven and innovation-driven industry and for solving complex problems.
  • You can think analytically and conceptually, and you have a hands-on ability to tackle complex issues.
  • You also demonstrate excellent communication skills.
  • You have very good German and English skills.
