About the role
- Shape the mobility of tomorrow through the digital transformation of our clients.
- Responsible for leading complex, strategically relevant projects for renowned clients in the public and private sectors.
- Develop and implement holistic mobility strategies from vision through to implementation.
- Drive the advancement of key topics such as customer experience and digital business models in the mobility sector.
- Proactive business development and commercialization of forward-looking consulting services.
- Act as a sparring partner at top-management level and co-develop tailored solutions with clients.
- Analyze and structure business requirements and implement change processes.
Requirements
- Several years of solid professional experience in management consulting or in a leadership role within the mobility or transport industry.
- Familiarity with industry-specific challenges and developments in the mobility landscape (e.g., rail, public transport operators, carsharing, etc.).
- Proven experience in leading complex projects and managing diverse stakeholders.
- Solid expertise in process modeling and digitalization, with the ability to evolve processes with a future-oriented perspective.
- Passion for innovative digital mobility solutions combined with entrepreneurial thinking.
- Strong communication skills in German and English, and a successfully completed university degree.
