About the role

  • As part of an interdisciplinary expert team, you will work on exciting projects with leading companies in the field of Industrial Security.
  • You advise our clients on designing and implementing security strategies, processes, methods, and tools in the industrial automation domain.
  • You assist in planning and implementing holistic OT security architectures as well as organizational and technological transformations.
  • You actively contribute to cyber security assessments and awareness campaigns in production, logistics, and building management environments.
  • You will gain practical consulting experience and thereby sharpen your cyber security expertise with a focus on OT security.
  • You will gradually take on responsibility for work packages and continuously expand your domain and technical skills (including through our bootcamp).

Requirements

  • You have (or are about to complete) a degree in a related field (e.g., IT & Cyber Security, Information Security, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or Computer Science).
  • Ideally, you already have initial practical experience in a relevant industry (e.g., manufacturing, critical infrastructure) with a focus on OT or cyber security, preferably from consulting.
  • You are enthusiastic about OT security and related topics such as Zero Trust, identity management, secure software development, penetration testing, cloud security, security standards, IT baseline protection (IT-Grundschutz), or security governance.
  • You have strong communication skills, are open-minded, and can maintain an overview even in hectic situations—without losing your sense of humor.
  • Fluent German and very good English (spoken and written) as well as the willingness to travel as a consultant complete your profile.
