About the role
- You are responsible for the sales of our cross-industry Business Unit "Strategy, Integration & Protection".
- Responsible for strengthening and expanding our position in CIO Advisory with a Cyber Security portfolio.
- Drive the Business Unit's growth by expanding our customer presence.
- Position our brand and value proposition with new clients.
- Develop innovative sales-enablement strategies for our consulting offerings.
- Represent our business area both internally and externally.
- Monitor trends in relevant sectors and markets.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in sales or business development within a consulting environment.
- Focus on digital transformation and CIO advisory.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, expanding client relationships and achieving revenue targets (>€10M/year).
- Robust network in the target industries with direct access to decision-makers.
- Action-oriented and resilient, even in high-pressure situations.
- Negotiation-level proficiency in German and English.
