About the role

  • You are responsible for the sales of our cross-industry Business Unit "Strategy, Integration & Protection".
  • Responsible for strengthening and expanding our position in CIO Advisory with a Cyber Security portfolio.
  • Drive the Business Unit's growth by expanding our customer presence.
  • Position our brand and value proposition with new clients.
  • Develop innovative sales-enablement strategies for our consulting offerings.
  • Represent our business area both internally and externally.
  • Monitor trends in relevant sectors and markets.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in sales or business development within a consulting environment.
  • Focus on digital transformation and CIO advisory.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, expanding client relationships and achieving revenue targets (>€10M/year).
  • Robust network in the target industries with direct access to decision-makers.
  • Action-oriented and resilient, even in high-pressure situations.
  • Negotiation-level proficiency in German and English.
