• You advise our clients on designing and optimizing sales, customer and service solutions — from requirements gathering through vendor selection to agile implementation.
• Digital Sales & Customer Experience: You define and implement future-proof omnichannel strategies, optimize sales organizations and drive the rollout of digital sales tools.
• Your focus is on creating seamless customer engagement and strategically shaping customer processes and customer journeys, including segmentation and customer value analyses.
• Digital Service: You design strategic target operating models for customer service organizations, analyze service journeys and contact center KPIs, and develop innovative use cases for applying Generative AI and automation in sales and service.
• Generative AI & Innovation: You support our clients strategically in the area of Generative AI — from vision development to operational implementation.
• To do this, you identify business models, use cases and process areas with high business impact, design and lead AI discovery formats, and develop tailored RAG pipelines in close collaboration with developers.
• You set up test environments, oversee LLM fine-tuning and integrate generative AI into existing client processes.
• Together with interdisciplinary teams you deliver solutions — from first prototypes to scalable platforms — and actively contribute to expanding our AI offering and our thought leadership in the market.
