- Advise our clients in the insurance sector on agile transformation and digitalization projects
- Support teams in adopting agile ways of working
- Facilitate agile events such as Sprint Plannings and Reviews
- Analyze existing processes and continuously improve agile practices
Requirements
- University degree
- Professional experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, agile project manager, or in a similar role
- Practical experience with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
- Knowledge of the insurance sector (primary insurance or reinsurance)
- Excellent German and English skills
