Security Engineer

• In this role you will actively design the security architecture of modern SAP landscapes — from traditional on-premise systems to hybrid and cloud platforms such as SAP BTP, S/4HANA Cloud, and SuccessFactors.
• You will help our clients secure their SAP systems holistically and develop future-proof security strategies.
• You will design and assess SAP security architectures for hybrid system landscapes with a focus on cloud platforms, interfaces (APIs), network and infrastructure components.
• You will analyze and implement security measures for SAP APIs, SAP Gateway, OData services and Cloud Connector.
• You will conduct threat modeling and risk analyses, identify vulnerabilities in SAP systems and develop appropriate countermeasures.
• You will support SAP projects from the architecture phase through to go-live, ensuring security requirements are considered and implemented early.
• You will configure security features for SAP Basis, SAP Cloud Identity Services (IPS/IAS) and assist with integration into existing IT security landscapes.
• You will advise clients on regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, NIS2), run security workshops and support audits and compliance reviews.
• You will monitor current developments in SAP security, contribute new ideas to our service offering and support the development of innovative security solutions.
• You will actively support sales positioning of SAP security solutions, prepare proposals, give presentations and accompany procurement processes (RFI/RFP).
