• We are expanding our Organization & Agile Transformation team and are looking for you as an Agile Coach (all genders) at the location of your choice.
• You can look forward to exciting projects focusing on agile transformation, organizational development, and the creation of tailored Agile Transformation Roadmaps.
• You will develop target operating models and an individualized “Agile Transformation Roadmap” for the agile change process in coordination with IT and the business units.
• You will establish continuous learning, ongoing development, and an open error culture across the agile organization.
• You will coach key players and leadership roles in the evolving line organization to prepare them for agile ways of working.
• You will create development opportunities and career paths for roles in the new agile organization and define incentive models for cross-functional teams and management.
