• Identify business models, use cases and process areas where AI delivers genuine business impact — quickly, scalably and feasibly.
• Design and lead AI discovery and innovation formats that bring together business, tech and organization.
• Develop tailored RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and collaborate with developers on technical implementation.
• Set up test environments and playgrounds, manage fine-tuning of LLMs and integrate generative AI into existing client processes.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams from Strategy, Tech and Operations to deliver concrete solutions — from initial prototypes to scalable platforms.
• Actively shape the expansion of our AI offering and contribute to Wavestone’s thought leadership in the market.
