- Serve as a trusted business advisor to clients

- Monitor and identify project issues, mitigating risk and ensuring timely delivery
- Work closely with diverse teams to deliver results
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Business, or related fields
- Master’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in financial consulting
- Excellent Excel skills or experience with similar spreadsheet software
- Experience with Power BI
- Solid understanding of accounting concepts and financial analysis terminology
- A keen eye for detail
- Experience in a variety of business projects such as business integration, organizational change, brand/digital marketing, new product launches, mergers & acquisitions, or system integrations
- Project management experience leading projects and managing project teams
- Well-developed financial and business acumen
- Experience in both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
- Expertise in multiple project management tools
- Passion for identifying problems and the desire to collaborate with clients
- Leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional project teams
- Excellent time management skills
- Confidence and presence to engage directly with clients at the senior leadership level
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Ability to travel based on client requirements
- CFA, or diploma in financial planning preferred
