• Serve as the primary HR contact for teams: support employees and managers on a daily basis with a close, trust-based relationship and advise them on existing HR programs (training, career and compensation development, parental support, diversity, internal mobility…)
• Drive key HR processes: annual performance review campaigns, compensation policy, talent reviews, training, management of risk situations (psychosocial risks)
• Produce and analyze HR reports to inform strategic discussions and propose concrete actions
• Lead high-impact HR projects within your scope and/or across the firm (national and international): onboarding, HR communications, career development, HRIS…
• Contribute to talent retention and development.
