Site Lead – Senior Simulation Operator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee the Virtual Simulation Operators / Role Players who provide operator inputs for Leaders and Soldiers during joint fires and target training exercises using simulation systems
- Ensure full staffing and operations IAW schedules
- Maintain access to and continually update training schedules, simulator usage, certification and training certificates, student data, etc. in the G33 training management system
- Identify and de-conflict scheduled events based on priorities
- Assist the Director, MSC in forecasting future training course load, throughput requirements, and cost benefit analysis of virtual simulations training
- Coordinate with course managers, training developers, and instructors to assist in developing and maintaining CFFT III/VBS3 scenarios to support virtual training
Requirements
What you’ll need- Three years (3) of experience as Team/Project Manager
- High school diploma and a minimum of seven years (7) military experience in Fire Support operations and planning
- Minimum one year (1) experience supporting training exercise operating the CFFT III and one (1) or more years operating/maintaining an Immersive CFFT III systems (AFSM, UTM, and CASM)
- Minimum one year (1) experience developing and executing functional vignettes for and supporting training exercise and operating the VBS3
- Clearance Level: Secret
