About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own delivery of implementations for existing and new clients
Serve as Project Manager and subject matter expert for products, workflows, and configuration
Understand client needs and configure solutions aligned to their goals
Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
Hold project team members accountable
Lead client meetings and provide status updates
Provide executive-level communications as needed
Support Senior Implementation Consultants and IC IIs on complex or cross-functional initiatives
Provide project management and risk mitigation
Travel to client sites as needed for go-live support

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (preferred)
2+ years of experience supporting or leading project coordination, implementation, or client-facing delivery work in a fast-paced environment
Healthcare experience required
Experience supporting or leading software implementations, preferably in a client-facing environment
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter mentality
Execution-focused delivery and accountability
Comfort working independently while collaborating cross-functionally
Software implementation methodologies
Project management fundamentals
Process analysis and solution configuration
Strong client communication and presentation skills
Customer-oriented, problem-solving mindset
