About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze insurance eligibility and coverage data across scheduling, pre-registration, and visit stages
Track active coverage rate, plan identification accuracy, and eligibility flag clearance
Monitor AI-driven eligibility-check accuracy and performance, surfacing trends by payer, location, and client
Define and track success metrics with the Eligibility AI product manager before development
Report post-launch outcomes including clean-claim impact, staff time saved, and denial reduction
Support revenue and opportunity modeling, including attach-rate assumptions, unit economics, and renewal risk analysis
Pull and validate Salesforce data for opportunity models and flag data-mapping issues
Quantify and track initiative adoption and revenue contribution against product and revenue goals
Build and maintain recurring client-facing and internal outcome reporting
Consolidate Clearwave Provider Portal exports and internal sources into reusable data models
Help Product Managers document ROI using adoption rates, transaction/revenue volume, and customer satisfaction data
Build and maintain dashboards and self-serve reporting for P&L, feature usage, and client adoption
Translate ambiguous business questions into data pulls, visualizations, and recommendations
Maintain data quality and documentation for metrics and definitions
Participate in discovery and prioritization conversations grounded in usage and outcome data

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, or product analyst role, ideally supporting a product or SaaS organization
5+ years of experience and expertise in data structures, indexing, querying, and data retrieval concepts
Experience in Big Data tools and languages (golang, python, spark)
Strong SQL skills and comfort working directly with relational databases or a data warehouse
Experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or spreadsheet-based tooling at scale
Ability to turn loosely defined business questions into structured analysis and communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Comfort working with CRM data; Salesforce reporting experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
Experience in healthcare, health-tech, or another regulated data environment preferred
HIPAA awareness preferred
Familiarity with Python or R for data cleaning and analysis at scale preferred
Exposure to product analytics concepts and empowered product-team operating models preferred
Experience working with EHR, PM system, or patient-scheduling data preferred
Exposure to streaming and batch data pipeline tooling such as Kafka and AWS Glue preferred
Familiarity with AI/ML-driven analytics, model or rules-engine output evaluation, accuracy and drift monitoring preferred
Experience supporting platform migrations while maintaining reporting continuity preferred
