About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Restore and perform preventative maintenance on properties in assigned locations
  • Complete general maintenance repairs, including ceiling tiles, wallboards, millwork, flooring, wallpaper, and restroom fixtures
  • Address water and cosmetic damage, including minor drywall repairs and painting
  • Complete minor exterior concrete and masonry repairs
  • Conduct electrical repairs, including replacing outlets, switches, and light fixtures
  • Conduct plumbing repairs, including repairing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures and components
  • Manage and drive accountability within the team on critical KPIs
  • Safely operate vehicles and use field automation systems to transport materials and equipment efficiently
  • Collaborate with the team and share information about repair and restoration tasks
  • Provide customer service by addressing complaints and explaining job specifications
  • Follow company procedures and safety protocols, especially for electrical and plumbing systems
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks and warehouse facilities
  • Assist with quality control plans and conduct inspections for repair compliance and safety
  • Communicate task statuses and support internal project communication
  • Interpret construction drawings and specifications related to ceiling installations and repairs
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid travel documents, such as a passport or Real ID
  • Valid unrestricted driver’s license in good standing
  • Detailed knowledge of relevant regulations and laws
  • Technological proficiency, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl regularly
  • Comfortable working on ladders, rooftops, and in various weather conditions
  • Full use of hands, arms, and fingers for handling tools, wiring, and equipment
  • Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and accurately
  • May be exposed to loud noises, extreme temperatures, dust, fumes, and hazardous materials
  • Ability to drive to worksites
