About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Restore and perform preventative maintenance on properties in assigned locations
Complete general maintenance repairs, including ceiling tiles, wallboards, millwork, flooring, wallpaper, and restroom fixtures
Address water and cosmetic damage, including minor drywall repairs and painting
Complete minor exterior concrete and masonry repairs
Conduct electrical repairs, including replacing outlets, switches, and light fixtures
Conduct plumbing repairs, including repairing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures and components
Manage and drive accountability within the team on critical KPIs
Safely operate vehicles and use field automation systems to transport materials and equipment efficiently
Collaborate with the team and share information about repair and restoration tasks
Provide customer service by addressing complaints and explaining job specifications
Follow company procedures and safety protocols, especially for electrical and plumbing systems
Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks and warehouse facilities
Assist with quality control plans and conduct inspections for repair compliance and safety
Communicate task statuses and support internal project communication
Interpret construction drawings and specifications related to ceiling installations and repairs
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Valid travel documents, such as a passport or Real ID
Valid unrestricted driver’s license in good standing
Detailed knowledge of relevant regulations and laws
Technological proficiency, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl regularly
Comfortable working on ladders, rooftops, and in various weather conditions
Full use of hands, arms, and fingers for handling tools, wiring, and equipment
Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and accurately
May be exposed to loud noises, extreme temperatures, dust, fumes, and hazardous materials
Ability to drive to worksites
