Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in music
Training and experience in leading worship
Gifting and calling for church leadership
Experience leading different musical teams – band, ensembles, vocalists – and styles – hymns, blended, modern worship songs, jazz, bluegrass, etc.
