About the role
- Lead client relationships built on proactive guidance and year-round tax-saving strategies.
- Analyze tax returns and financial data to spot opportunities before anyone else does.
- Implement tax strategies on entity structure, compensation, retirement planning, and deductions.
- Stay ahead of tax law changes and explain their impact to clients in plain language.
- Partner with our accounting team to make sure clients have seamless, full-service support.
- Help onboard new clients and make their first experience with us exceptional.
Requirements
- EA or CPA REQUIRED – you must be licensed to represent clients.
- At least 3 years in tax strategy or advisory (more than just prep).
- Excellent communication—you’re comfortable on Zoom, in writing, and face-to-face.
- Confidence delivering complex advice clearly and decisively.
- Strong organizational skills—you can juggle multiple clients and timelines with ease.
- Familiarity with tax planning software (like Corvee, Tax Planner Pro) or strong Excel skills.
