About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee a portfolio of accounts to ensure departmental production standards are met.
- Collect and review detailed census and client information to develop tailored renewal strategies.
- Facilitate open enrollment by coordinating with group administrators and carriers.
- Manage client accounts effectively and utilize CRM platforms to track renewals and upsells.
- Generate competitive renewal analyses for various products to provide informed options.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; advanced education or degree preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years prior experience as an Account Manager in Group Health Insurance Industry or equivalent background.
- Must hold and maintain Life & Health License.
- Knowledgeable in employee benefits products such as group health, dental, vision, life, and worksite.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems.
