Key responsibilities & impact

Create high-quality real-time characters from concept to final in-game assets
Sculpt detailed characters, clothing, and accessories with a strong sense of realism
Work closely with concept artists, animators, and technical artists
Maintain visual consistency and high artistic standards across the project
Mentor and support less experienced artists when needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of professional experience as a Character Artist in game development
Strong portfolio showcasing realistic characters and high-level craftsmanship
Excellent knowledge of sculpting, anatomy, proportions, and materials
Proficiency in tools such as ZBrush, Maya/Blender, Substance Painter, and modern game engines
Solid understanding of real-time asset pipelines and optimization
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Hair and grooming knowledge
Desire to learn new things and develop new pipelines
Perfect knowledge of English language
Nice to have: Experience with historical or realistic art styles
Previous work on AAA titles
Knowledge of character pipelines for animation and rigging
Substance Designer
Houdini
Drawing skills
