Conduct in-depth user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis.
Map and analyze end-to-end user journeys to identify friction points and opportunities.
Zoom into critical interaction points such as how a user completes a single action or interprets a single screen and refine usability at the micro level for maximum clarity and efficiency.
Create user personas, journey maps, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design intent.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers to translate insights into product improvements.
Advocate for UX best practices and user-centered design across the organization.
Ensure consistency and accessibility across all digital touchpoints.
Continuously test, measure, and refine design solutions based on user feedback and data.
Requirements
4+ years of hands-on experience in UX design and research roles.
Strong understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and design thinking methodology.
Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Miro, and wireframing/prototyping software.
Experience with user research techniques (interviews, usability tests, surveys) and synthesis methods.
Ability to translate complex problems into simple, intuitive solutions.
Proven track record of improving usability through targeted interface changes (e.g., button placement, navigation flow adjustments etc.) that measurably impact user success rates.
Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced teams.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Graphic Design, or a related field.
